Hmmm - yes - I see what you mean, there is no way to remove an eBay seller account from a MerchantRun user account's list of eBay ID's.
You can however remove MerchantRun from your eBay seller ID's account -
- Log into the affected seller account on eBay
- Go to your "My eBay" - then in the left menu, scroll down to "Subscriptions" and click on it
- When the new page opens, scroll down and locate "3rd party authorisations"
- Expand the 3rd party authorisations and locate the MerchantRun subscription
- look to the right side and you'll see a link to remove the authorisation / subscription - click it and go through the verification to remove the connection to MerchantRun
I have no idea what will happen to existing live listings, loaded by MerchantRun, if you do that - but I seriously doubt that any further listings would activate, and expect all scheduled listings and relists would auto-fail due to having removed the permission for MerchantRun to list on your behalf.
I would recommend you commmunicate direct with MerchantRun Support before trying any of the above steps.
